Rich Teigh caught some carp early on banded pellet and later switched to margins with maggot and groundbait for carp to 12lb

Jack Hobson opted for a paste and pellet approach fishing at 10m for 23 carp to 11lb

In what turned out a tough match today, Nigel Wood came out on top despite loosing several carp. Nigel fished maggot and groundbait to catch carp too 7lbs
Jet Harris fished short pole with pellet and paste to take second place today
Pete Bagshaw fished pellet cone to the middle of moat and caught carp and bream for third.
Chris Line netted another ton plus weight of carp edge a close match. Chris fished corn over pellet to the margins where he netted carp too 10lbs.
Steve Robbins came to form today with a second place ton plus net of carp. Steve also used corn, but caught on short pole as well as the margins.
Jack Hobson fished cat meat over 6mm pellets at 10m on the pole to take third spot today.
Ken Pacey fished pellet and paste at 6m and 13m on the pole for a fantastic mixed ton plus net of carp, tench and skimmers.

With the top 10 all breaking 100lb moat pool continues to produce catching fish. Andy Oldham just got the win by 1 fish from outer 80. Fishing worms over pellet and hemp on long pole Andy caught carp steadily all match for 154lb
Adrian Higginbottom opted for meat on short pole over hemp and meat feed. He caught carp and skimmers for 147lb

Chris LIne again found carp willing to feeed in the margins catching carpo to 10lb from the next platform
Brian Sullivan returned to winning ways in this latest vets match on moat pool. Brian fished banded pellet shallow and pellet cone onto the bottom for 25 carp to 10lb
Bob Poole also opted for shallow tactics. Bob fished at 13m with pellet loose feeding 6mm regularly
Ian fished pellet and catmeat on long pole for 12 carp and a few skimmers
Luke fished pellet and maggot on short pole for tench and skimmers
Jake used similar tactics to the winner for tench skimmers and roach

Andy Oldham continued where he left off yesterday as he netted 18 plus carp for another ton plus win. Andy once again caught using worms on the long pole at full depth.
In his first Hallcroft visit, Nigel took second place with a fine ton plus net of carp caught on pellet and corn from the margins.
