Nigel Wood continued his good form this week with a nice second place net of skimmers. Nigel caught on bloodworm over groundbait at 10m

Brian Sullivan marked his return to the UK with third spot today. Brian caught skimmers on the pole using expander pellet over micros.

Robin Walker was today's clear winner with a nice winter net of carp. Robin caught using bomb and corn tactics.
Arthur Berisford too second spot also fishing a tip rod, but used pellet cone as his tactics today.
Nigel Wood fished maggot over groundbait on the pole at 11m to catch carp and skimmers for third.
Pete Bagshaw made the most of the space on his end peg as he caught carp on the feeder throughout the match from different lines. Pete caught using a pellet feeder with banded pellet and corn as baits.
Trevor Furby took second place also with carp caught using feeder tactics. Trevor fished hairrigged corn to the middle of the lake.
Nigel Wood netted some nice bream and skimmers on the pole over groundbait at 10m using expander pellet and maggots.

The roach fishing continues to be good in this latest round of teams of 4 silverfish league. Bob Poole fished caster over groundbait at 6m and 12m for mainly roach to 4oz

There was a tie for 2nd place with Pet Bagshaw and Wayne Lomas tying with 39lb. They both used tip with pellets for 6 carp
Despite the strong cold north winds moat pool produced some reasonable weights. Leading the field was Arni Payling from moat island 43. Arnie alternated pole and pellet and feeder with corn for 10n carp to 8lb

Wayne Lomas edged third place overall and also won the silver prize with 20lbs of skimmers caught on pole and expander pellet.

Chris Line was the overall winner today with some nice winter carp all caught on a small feeder with hairrigged corn and pellet.
Gordon Gibson also caught carp on the tip today, but Gordon opted to fish a bomb with corn to the far bank.
Steve Robbins edged third spot with carp caught on a long pole margin in deep water with pellet and corn.
From a consistant area on Moat, Tony Brown caught carp on a pellet cone from the middle of the lake to win today's veterans.
Lee Hewison took second place with some nice sized carp caught on groundbait feeder and hairrigged corn.
Steve Twigg fished bomb and corn to the far side of Moat for enough carp to edge third spot.
Pete Bagshaw won today's carp prize with 15 carp all carp using micros through a pellet feeder and banded pellet on the hook. Pete waited nearly 2hrs for his first sign, then caught steadily for the rest of the match.
Ian Jowell was second overall with carp taken from the middle of Moat using corn and groundbait feeder.
Stuart Gray won the Silverfish prize with a net of skimmers caught using expander pellet on long pole over a bed of micros.
Nigel Wood opted to fish feeder today as the strong winds put pay to most pole fishing. Nigel netted carp too 9lbs using hairrigged meat.
Roger Holmes also caught carp on the tip, but used hairrigged corn as his bait to finish second place.
Dave Dare took third spot with carp and bream also caught on a feeder today.
